Customer Journey – Behavioral Demand Response

We created this video to show the “customer journey” of Opower’s Demand Response solution.  It’s voice over driven and walks the viewer through what the end users experience will be like.  We opted to incorporated the graphics into the scene, so we could limit just showing screens of various devices. Showing screen after screen can get old after a while so we found this solution to be far more engaging.  The video is on Opower’s website and it’s also used by the sales teams to help win over utility companies.

Product – Small and Medium Business Energy Efficiency Solution

This video was created to showcase Opowers offering to utilities SMB customers.  The video is driven by an interview from two of the top designers.  While they discuss the aspects of the solution the viewer can see b-roll from actual SMB’s and animated graphics of their paper reports.  This video was shown at conferences, it’s on the Opower website, and is used by the sales teams.

Software Demo – Agile EE

We had seen the same old software product demo enough times so I pitched a way to spice up the traditional demo.  This demo isn’t meant to be tool to learn how to use the product but more of quick way to just show all the cool things the product can do.  This video combines a mix of live action and motion graphics to create a far more engaging experience.  It’s used but the Opower sales staff to show utility companies what the software can do in a quick fun fashion.

Client Testimonial – Puget Sound Energy

A simple client testimonial for Opower shot at their annual users conference, PowerUp.  Setting up at their users conference was a great way to capture a number of client testimonials in just two days.  We used a simple two camera setup for the interview and added in a few motion graphics to complete the piece.
